Our Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous agreements, warranties, representations, undertakings or understandings between the parties and may not be varied except in writing.
1. Definitions
“The Vent Shop” means the party providing the goods or services under these Terms and Conditions.
“You”, “Your” refers to the party paying for products supplied under these Terms and Conditions of The Vent Shop.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with The Vent Shop.
By placing the products in the online shop we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and you can correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.
4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs may also be incurred. You will find more detailed information about possible shipping costs in the offers. We only deliver by dispatch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself. We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
In our shop the following payment methods are available:
PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected the PaPal payment gateway. This is an online payment service. You can pay as a guest using your credit card or register if you are not already a PayPal user. Please authenticate with your access details, and confirm the payment order to us in order to pay the invoice amount through PayPal. We will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction after you place your order in the store. The transaction is completed automatically. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Damage in transit
If the goods are shipped with obvious transportation injury, please notify the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us.
Failure to file a complaint or contact us will have no bearing on the validity and compliance of your legal claims, especially your warranty rights. You, on the other hand, assist us in asserting our own arguments against the carrier or the transport company.
8. Warranties and guarantees
The statutory law on defect liability will apply. Additional warranties that may apply, as well as their specific terms, can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online store.
